Interesting outfits, catchy lyrics, and awesome dance moves are all part of the amazing world of K-Pop. One of the main aspects that make this industry so successful is the memorable dance moves performed by K-Pop.

The signature dances within particular songs are called ‘point’ dances. These dance moves are repeated throughout the song and can even easily be learnt by non-dancers and fans of the genre.

Difficulty Level: Easy

Gashina by SUNMI is one of the easier dances to learn if you’re an avid K-Pop fan. This song really captured Korea’s imagination back in 2017.

2NE1 – I Am The Best

Difficulty Level: Intermediate

2NE1, arguably one of the most successful girl groups in South Korea, had the world in awe of their slick and smooth moves in their single “I Am The Best!”. Having sold 66.5 million records, they are one of the best selling girl groups of all time.

BTS – “Fire”

Difficulty Level: Hard

BTS has a reputation for having precise and powerful dance moves. K-Pop fans and followers all around the globe have set this dance as the standard for what K-Pop choreography should aim to be. “Fire” includes some moves that anyone can enjoy dancing too, but make no mistake, the majority of these dance moves take a lot of skill and training!
